The overall plan for xiaolangdi project management zone is carried out to ensure the safe operation of hydraulic constructions in the zone , to make full use the advantages of location and resources of the area , and to realize the general objective of “ mainly aim at flood prevention including ice flood prevention and sedimentation reduction , and give consideration to water supply , irrigation , power generation , storage of clear water and discharge of sediment flow , alleviating disaster and bringing about benefit , and comprehensive utilization " , for the project development 為確保小浪底水利樞紐工程管理區(qū)內(nèi)水工建筑物的安全運(yùn)行,充分發(fā)掘管理區(qū)的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和資源優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)“防洪(包括防凌) 、減淤為主,兼顧供水、灌溉、發(fā)電、蓄清排渾、除害興利、綜合利用”的工程開發(fā)總目標(biāo),對(duì)工程管理區(qū)進(jìn)行了總體規(guī)劃。
Due to issues of dongting lake districts flood composition , the evolution of sediment flow , the river and lake ( r & l ) distribution characteristic as well as the layout of r & l - dredging engineering , the article simulated the model of the dongting lake terrain change by using the gis technology and adopted the limited volumetric method to establish the two - dimensional hydraulics computation model of lake in order to forecast the water level , the flow capacity , the speed of flow and changes of flow field after implemented the project , which have provided the reliable theoretic basis for the decision - making and implementation of renovation for river course , canal and harbor and river course - dredging engineering 摘要針對(duì)洞庭湖區(qū)的洪水組成、水流泥沙演變、河道湖泊水系分布特點(diǎn)以及河道湖泊疏浚工程布局情況,利用gis技術(shù)模擬洞庭湖地形變化,采用有限體積法建立了湖泊二維水力學(xué)計(jì)算模型預(yù)測(cè)疏浚工程實(shí)施后的水位、流量、流速流場(chǎng)變化,為河道、航道港口整治、河道疏浚清淤等工程決策與實(shí)施提供了可靠理論依據(jù)。
